Product Return Policy
We appreciate your business and do everything we can to provide a great experience, even after you purchase!
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number and we’ll send you return instructions.
If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, those products can be exchanged, or replacement parts will be provided.
The following products will not be eligible for a return or refund after being ordered:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Face Masks
- Face Screens
- Alcohol/Sanitizing Wipes
- All other first-aid supplies
We are unable to offer refunds or returns on the above products because we have adapted our supply chain model to offer you the lowest price possible amidst the high demand and limited supply that the COVID-19 outbreak has created for these products.
This new model has resulted in stricter return and zero cancellation policies from our suppliers that make it impossible for us to refund customers. We recommend you only order two weeks' worth of supplies at a time as is being recommended by some government officials.
