Shipping & Order Delivery Timelines

Updated June 2, 2020

Please note that shipping and delivery estimates are subject to the availability of global and local shipping capacity, which has been greatly disrupted and limited amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Estimated Timelines: In-stock items start shipping from Canada within 5 days of your order being placed. Canada Post takes approximately 5-10 days to deliver. Pre-order items will take longer to deliver.  Select items are shipped via other couriers.

Commitment to Fair Pricing

Our supply team is working hard to ensure we provide the lowest cost structure possible to supply and deliver Safety Supplies. Currently, prices of select items may be higher than you might typically see because of the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically:

  • There has been a significant increase in demand for certain hygiene and medical items, causing shortages in global supply and forcing suppliers to increase prices
  • Logistics costs have increased substantially as more flights are grounded and capacity to ship cargo is reduced, resulting in higher sourcing costs

We are committed to offering the lowest possible price. Pricing is updated regularly and currently, reflects the reality of the pandemic situation and the exponential increase in logistics costs, as well as price increases due to demand.

Safety Supply Availability

While the media is reporting shortages of PPE and safety supplies, OSG continues to work with our supply chain partners to deliver safety supplies including KN95 respirators, face masks and gloves.

We are also prioritizing supply orders for hospitals and front line workers. Some supplies, including N95 respirators, are only being directed to hospitals. However, CDC recommended alternatives, such as the KN95, are still available to order.

How is OSG supporting hospitals, health care organizations, and the community with its access to PPE?

The demand for PPE is only rising, with a media focus on health care organizations. We have a “stop-sale program” in place for PPE that the government has mandated essential for health care organizations. For example, we have stopped selling N95 respirators, as they are being routed to hospitals and medical settings. The KN95 is more readily available as an alternative so we continue to make it available for purchase for organizations that need to provide respiratory protection to their workers. Currently, hospitals are experiencing shortages of the N95 mask, not the KN95, as some hospitals still do not use KN95. We will continue to monitor government communications to ensure we are taking appropriate action with regards to our access to safety supplies.

Refund & Return Policy

The following products will not be eligible for a return or refund after being ordered:

  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Respirators
  • Face Masks
  • Face Screens
  • Alcohol/Sanitizing Wipes
  • All other first-aid supplies

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on these products because we have adapted our supply chain model to offer you the lowest price possible amidst the high demand and limited supply that the outbreak of COVID-19 has created for these products.

This new model has resulted in stricter return and zero cancellation policies from our suppliers that make it impossible for us to refund customers.

We recommend limiting your order to two weeks' worth of supplies to ensure adequate inventory for other customers and to avoid over-ordering.

We appreciate your understanding in these challenging circumstances.
